  • Who are Dash (UK) Ltd?... Dash was formed in 1999 by Iain Shaw to produce Christmas cards and fundraising materials for Charities. The company is still owned by Iain and is widely recognised amongst charities for it's quality of products and value for money. We set up Hooked on Stationery to enable independent traders and retailers the opportunity of buying quality, affordable cards in manageable quantities at trade prices.

  • Are the cards produced in the UK?... Yes, all the Dash branded cards are produced in the UK.

  • Can I become an Independent Agent for Hooked on Stationery products?... Yes! We’re always looking to expand our nationwide network of independent Trade Retailers and work with like-minded people who are passionate about stationery. Our Trade Retailers can work from home, selling Hooked on Stationery products through their own customer networks and online channels. To apply, you must be 18 or over, have a permanent UK address, and agree to our Trader Terms & Conditions. If you think Hooked on Stationery could be a great fit for your business or customer network, we’d love to hear from you!

  • Do I have to buy products each month to keep my trade account active?... There's no targets to achieve, you just order what you need, when you need it. Dormant trade accounts could be de-activactivated after 6 months.

  • How are orders despatched?... Orders up to the value of £30 are despatched by Royal Mail and over £30 by next day signed for courier. If cards are in stock, they are despatched within 1 working day.

  • Is there a phone number I can contact Dash on?... Yes, our office number is 01934 519555 which is manned Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm
